A custom web app built for a 150-guest Christmas dinner. Guests could search and check themselves in via a self-service kiosk, with smart partial-name search kicking in after 3 characters. The system tracked table assignments, managed plus-ones, and ran a live lucky draw from checked-in guests with duplicate-winner prevention. A separate award winners screen and sponsor display were shown on venue screens throughout the evening.
All 150 guests checked in on time. Event ran without a hitch.

Design & Development
Redesigned and rebuilt a custom PHP site into a WordPress + Elementor platform for Pickering's Pawprints Dog Grooming Salon. The owner needed a professional web presence they could maintain without ongoing developer involvement or the cost of a custom CMS. Working from the client's existing logo, we designed the full visual identity and page layouts: homepage, services, about, and contact. Appointment booking was integrated via a third-party scheduling platform, keeping the booking flow smooth without building custom infrastructure.
Delivered in 2 weeks. Owner and staff now manage all content updates independently.
